Tour Regulations and Responbility

A non-refundable deposit will have to be paid prior to the trip departure date. And the balance due to be paid 21 days before the scheduled departure date.

You acknowledge that travel on a Papua Adventures, trip requires a degree of flexibility and understanding that the trip's route, accommodation and modes of transport are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances.

In case the client has to end the tour for health reasons, accident,
or any other reasons, then no refund will be made.

Change of transportation costs for the chartered airplanes and domestic airline tickets have to be fully borne by the clients. However, the client has a right to verify the airlines reasons and rights for those price increases with the local authorities.

As for the reimbursement of domestic airline tickets and chartered airplanes, it is up to the client to undertake all negotiations with the respective airlines.

While traveling with Papua Adventures, you agree to accept the authority of the tour leader at all times. You are aware that travel in a group may involve compromise to accommodate the diverse desires and physical abilities of group members.

If a client wants to change the tour itinerary while the tour is in progress.
Then all new costs will be fully borne by the client.

You acknowledge that Papua Adventures, will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, political or social unrest.

You acknowledge that Papua Adventures, contracts with a network of government agencies, companies and individuals to assist in the running of it's tours. To the best of Papua Adventures, knowledge, these third parties are qualified to perform the duties they are contracted to perform. However, Papua Adventures, will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur do to the behaviour of these third parties.
